Due to the nature of our work. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

We will make an exception if we have accidentally sent the wrong item or if the item was broken due to packing errors. If that does happen, we cannot guarantee sending an identical piece since all of our work is handmade. If this type of occurrence happens we can try to find a similar product if you choose. Please contact us within 48 hours if your piece was received damaged due to shipping or packing issues.

We recommend carefully looking at the photos of the product you are interested in purchasing and/or contact us if you have any questions before buying. We are not responsible for damage due to the carrier or theft.
